The TP07 and newer BP06 models are sleek, minimal, and honestly kind of cool to look at.
But aesthetics only get you so far. What about the actual air cleaning?
Dyson uses what they call a sealed HEPA system. The entire machine is basically a closed system where all air is forced through multiple filters before being released. This includes both a HEPA filter for particles and an activated carbon filter for odors and gases.

Dyson currently offers several models: the TP07 (older model, discounted), BP06 (flagship with better sensors), and BP04 (compact version). All use the same core sealed HEPA + carbon filtration technology.
Performance: Does It Actually Work?
Yes. Testing the Dyson BP06 in a 300-square-foot living room over two weeks, I noticed a genuine difference in air quality. The built-in sensors showed real-time PM2.5 readings that dropped noticeably after turning the purifier on.

The Downsides

Is It Worth It?
Dyson air purifiers are excellent performers, but they are overpriced for what you get. If you want the best air quality monitoring and sleek design, the Dyson is worth it. But you can get 80-90% of the performance from a Coway or Levoit for a fraction of the price.
